T-Performance stands for Truth in Performance. I don’t sell dreams or shortcuts — I keep it real, adapt to your reality, and guide you to lasting results. I’m Rahmane Lahmar, but you can call me Lahmar or Coach T, I train ambitious athletes, from rising talents to pros, to unlock their full potential !

I know what it feels like to want more — more strength, more speed, more mental toughness. My job is to get you there, step by step.

I’ve trained athletes across levels, from youth players to NFL pros like Chris Braswell (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Jihaad Campbell (Philadelphia Eagles). I don’t stand on the sidelines — I train with you, adapt to your reality, and make your goals my priority.

With a background in multiple sports and years of experience in strength, conditioning, and mental preparation, I combine science, adaptability, and a genuine passion for performance.
